At the Robert F. Kennedy Magnet Middle School of Community Studies, our Learning Through Community Studies theme integrates SMART Boards, laptop computers, a computer lab, and multimedia technology throughout the teaching and learning process. Rather than simply using technology for the sake of technology, at RFK it is seamlessly integrated into our standards based curriculum in a manner that supports the research based learning expeditions that are so much a part of the magnet theme of community studies, project based learning and expeditionary learning.
